Stars walked the gray carpet at the 2021 Glamour Women of the Year Awards, which honored female trailblazers from Dr. Katalin Karikó, whose lifelong work became the basis for COVID-19 vaccines, to Megan Thee Stallion (pictured here in a custom Mônot dress), whom the magazine dubbed "the most powerful force in hip-hop."
