Barbara Palvin and Dylan Sprouse cradle apparent baby bump in Cannes

Barbara Palvin and Dylan Sprouse might be adding a new member to their family!
Nine years after the Victoria's Secret model and "Suite Life of Zack and Cody" alum first met at a party, they stepped out at the 79th annual Cannes Film Festival with, seemingly, a secret they wanted to share.
As the two made their way past flashing cameras for the "Parallel Tales" premiere on May 14, they caressed Palvin's belly, covered in a Cinderella blue flowy gown.
