Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Phillip, Duke of Cambridge and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall greet the Cambridges at the church.

Besides friends and relatives, the Cambridge nanny, Maria Teresa Turrion Borrallo, was in attendance to help with the baby and keep an eye on rambunctious toddler George.

Duchess Kate wore a custom Alexander McQueen creamy white coat dress with matching hat for the christening of her daughter.

Kate took Charlotte from her pram and carried her into the church, with the traditional royal christening gown (a new replica) trailing.

The traditional royal baptismal font, the 175-year-old Lily Font, made of wrought silver, was used for the ceremony.
