After businessman and philanthropist Bill Pulte teamed up with former State Rep. Rocky Raczkowski and Code of Vets, Bill Belcher, 79, of a Vet himself of Farmington Hills, was the recipient of a new 2019 Trax Thursday, July 8, 2019 outside of Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet in Waterford.
