National Museums Scotland and the University of Aberdeen have unearthed a hoard of Late Roman and Pictish silver buried in a field in Aberdeenshire. The silver hoard will be researched thanks to funding from The Glenmorangie Company. The Glenmorangie Company has today announced a further three-year sponsorship of National Museum Scotland to support the study of Early Medieval Scotland.
