Conservationists are working to collect $10 million to buy out developers who want to make way for homes on the shoreline of Big Bear Lake, California. They say the development will disrupt the bald eagle habitat while others say that the eagles have lived in the area for many years without being disrupted by construction, fireworks, loud motorcycles and other activity by people.
