Photos show blue surface added to Lincoln Memorial reflecting pool

President Donald Trump ordered a renovation to paint the drained pool with a blue liner to change its gray concrete bottom to "American Flag Blue." It is expected to reopen before the July 4 holiday, which will also mark the 250th anniversary of U.S. independence.
