These top 10 bucket list destinations are all the travel inspo you need

A new year presents a world of possibilities for travel. And an analysis of Google search data by The Bucket List Company, which specializes in off-the-beaten-path group travel, identifies 10 destinations topping “everyone’s bucket lists.” According to a press release, the company started off with a list of ideas from “authoritative travel websites,” then analyzed search volume from October 2020 to September 2024 to determine the most sought-after sites. Here are their top 10 bucket list destinations.
Eve ChenMachu Picchu in Peru, the Taj Mahal in India, and Lapland tied for first on the list. Machu Picchu sits high in the Andes Mountains.

The Taj Mahal draws seven to eight million visitors a year, according to the government of Uttar Pradesh, the northern Indian state where the Taj Mahal is located.
