GCE Payroll Caribbean announces expanded EOR, payroll outsourcing and recruitment services for international clients.
MONTREAL, Nov. 06, 2026 — GCE Global Solutions announced that its service coverage through GCE Payroll Caribbean has expanded from 20 to 43 markets across the Caribbean and wider Caribbean region, effective Oct. 30, 2026. The expanded footprint includes active operations supporting employer of record (EOR), business payroll process outsourcing (BPPO) and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO).
The announcement adds 23 markets to the company’s previously reported regional coverage. According to GCE, the 43-market footprint represents active service delivery rather than prospective availability. The scope of each client engagement remains subject to applicable local requirements and contractual arrangements.

For each market, implementation includes confirming the selected services, employment structure, payroll requirements and responsibilities of the parties. These details are documented in the client’s service agreement.
