Get ready to head back to the cottage, "Heated Rivalry" fans.

Romance author Rachel Reid is adding a new book to the "Game Changers" series, and it follows Ilya Rozanov and Shane Hollander navigating married life and public backlash.

"Unrivaled," announced Jan. 12 with a cover reveal in People, will publish Sept. 29 from Harlequin Books. The book is available to pre-order wherever books are sold, and a Barnes & Noble exclusive edition features a unique cover, sprayed edges and promises "exclusive content."

Despite now playing on the same team, "Unrivaled" sees Ilya and Shane facing their "biggest challenge yet."

"Unrivaled" by Rachel Reid will publish in September.

"They've gotten a lot of love from fans who are thrilled for them. But some people in the hockey world are still reeling from their relationship reveal, and the backlash – led by popular hockey podcast Top Shelf and the #TakeBackHoney movement – is getting louder," the publisher's description reads.

After breakout series adaptation, author gives fans new 'Heated Rivalry' book

"Unrivaled" is the third book following Ilya and Shane's love story. Readers scored a happy ending in "The Long Game" with the pair coming out publicly and getting married by the end.

Readers have been all over "Game Changers" since it was published in 2018, but explicit hockey romance is going mainstream thanks to the breakout new HBO Max adaptation and its rabid fanbase. The Canadian import series features young stars Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie as Shane and Ilya, subjects of Reid's second book in the series. The protagonists of "Game Changers," Scott and Kip, also appear in the first season.

The viral explosion of "Heated Rivalry" and its stars is sizzling screens, group chats and even the Golden Globes stage. Williams and Storrie announced the award for best supporting actress in a TV show at this year’s awards and held down coveted seats at a table featuring Charli xcx and Paul Mescal.
