Hollywood royalty, from Beyoncé and Nicole Kidman to Sabrina Carpenter and Teyana Taylor, will hit the red carpet in their sartorial best for the Metropolitan Museum of Art's annual gala.
This year's theme, dubbed "Costume Art," and corresponding "Fashion is Art" dress code will challenge stars to channel their avant-garde side with fashion-forward looks that highlight the intrinsic artistry of style and dress-making.
As with previous years, Vogue's global editorial director Anna Wintour will oversee the star-studded extravaganza as lead chairperson. Joining her are celebrity co-chairs Beyoncé, Kidman and tennis icon Venus Williams.
