Venus Williams is serving more than tennis on the 2026 Met Gala red carpet.

Williams, 45, sparkled as she arrived all smiles in a Swarovski gown. Glittering in black with silver gems across her chest and back, Williams said the look was inspired by her tennis career, with the jewels representing the winning silver plate she has on display at a museum.

Her hair is styled into a braided updo with shiny gems to add extra razzle dazzle.

She and husband Andrea Preti were arm in arm as they posed together, even snapping a selfie together before heading inside. They recently tied the knot in December.

The sports icon is among the prestigious co-chairs for this year's event, alongside Beyoncé, Nicole Kidman, and Anna Wintour. Speaking with USA TODAY, Williams teased her ensemble hours before the gala.

"Fashion is going to be on fleek," she said.
