Jamie Foxx is about to be "Back in Action" in the dad department.

The Oscar-winning actor and comedian, 58, is expecting a child, his third, with girlfriend Alyce Huckstepp, USA TODAY has learned. TMZ was the first to report the news.

Huckstepp is "already several months along" in her pregnancy, per TMZ. The sex of Foxx and Huckstepp's baby has not been confirmed, the outlet noted.

USA TODAY has reached out to Foxx's representatives for comment.

Foxx has two daughters, 32-year-old Corinne Foxx and 17-year-old Anelise Foxx, whom he shares with exes Connie Kline and Kristin Grannis, respectively.

The family milestone comes three years after Foxx sparked health concerns following hospitalization for a mysterious illness, which the actor later revealed was a stroke caused by a brain bleed. Foxx subsequently fell into a coma that lasted weeks.

During an appearance at the 2025 BET Awards last June, Foxx credited his daughter Anelise with improving his recovery efforts.

"When I was fighting for my life in there, I've got to say this. They said, 'We're going to lose him because his vitals are bad.' And I didn't want my 14-year-old to see me like that," Foxx said at the time. "But Anelise overheard the conversation, and she snuck into my hospital room with her guitar and said, 'I know what my daddy needs.'

"And as she played the guitar, my vitals [improved]. And I realized God was in her guitar," Foxx continued. "Anelise Estelle Foxx, my baby with the big hair. She hides under that hair because she's got something special. You're so beautiful, man."

The "Ray" star also gave a heartfelt shout-out to daughter Corinne, who often shared updates on Foxx's health on social media.

"My beautiful daughter, Corinne, I cannot say enough about you," Foxx said. "You've always taken a backseat to everything. But when you needed to drive it, you drove. And you made sure I was here. And at a certain point, I'm going to stop crying, but I'm not going to stop yet."
