Timothée Chalamet won't have to buy Chipotle for a whole year
Amaris EncinasTimothée Chalamet stays blessed.
In addition to witnessing the New York Knicks defeat the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals on May 21, the "Marty Supreme" star and major Knicks fan was gifted a Chipotle Celebrity Card courtside.
Chalamet, 30, has now joined a "small group" of brand superfans, celebrities, athletes, musicians and creators who have been bestowed the honor. According to Chipotle, recipients get one free meal per day and one catering order for 50 people for a year.
The decision to gift Chalamet a Chipotle Celebrity Card comes weeks after he shared his Chipotle order, accompanied by a drool emoji, on Instagram.
The fast casual chain celebrated the moment with a social post that chronicled the card's journey from Los Angeles to New York City's Madison Square Garden.
"Chipotle courtside?" Chalamet can be heard saying in the clip. "Thank you. My name's on it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart."

Who else has a Chipotle Celebrity Card?

From the late Ozzy Osbourne to Knicks player Mikal Bridges, Chalamet joined a roster of "authentic Chipotle fans" who have organically shared their passion for the brand in everyday life.
According to Chipotle, renewals are evaluated annually to make sure the card is held by "our most dedicated fans and those who continue to celebrate the brand."
The first Chipotle Celebrity Card was gifted to Osbourne in 2003 after he frequently mentioned his love for the brand on "The Osbournes," even declaring himself "Burrito Man" in an episode of the hit reality TV show. Unlike other cardholders, Ozzy’s card granted him free Chipotle for life.
