If you missed it, here's the 4th on Flagler fireworks in West Palm
Greg LovettHundreds gathered along the West Palm Beach waterfront on Saturday, July 4 to celebrate America's 250 years of independence during the 4th on Flagler celebration.
People, many decked out in red, white and blue, listened and danced to music from the Swing Dolls and DJ Reflex and others across three stages. The event included a flag-unfurling ceremony, a display of the country's past flags and a kids' interactive zone and food vendors.
People on boats, on blankets spread in front of the Meyer Amphitheater and everywhere watched the grand finale, a laser show followed by an 18-minute fireworks display over the Intracoastal Waterway. The event, sponsored by the Town of Palm Beach and Florida Crystals, among others, was from 5 to 10 p.m.

Also celebrating the Fourth of July was the annual 4th of July Great American Raft Race at Bryant Park in Lake Worth Beach along the Intracoastal.
The event brought local neighborhoods and civic groups together to race handcrafted, human-powered floats.
The festivities began at 10 a.m. with a parade through downtown Lake Worth Beach to the Bryant Park boat ramp, showcasing teams dressed to match the year's theme, "Tropics Time Machine: L-Dub thru the Decades." The winner receives bragging rights, a $100 cash prize and the honorary, coveted "Grunge Cup."
The "Grunge" in the Grunge Cup is a nod to the race's origins. Founded in 2002 to raise awareness about the poor condition of the Intracoastal Waterway, the race has transformed over the years into a celebration of the waterway and the city’s outdoor spaces.
