Updated Oct. 15, 2026, 7:18 p.m. ET

Jennifer Burnham is grieving the loss of her baby boy.

The lifestyle influencer revealed the death of her son, 4-year-old Baxter, in an emotional Instagram post Monday, Oct. 12.

"Heaven welcomed our angel Baxter last Monday, October 5th," Burnham wrote alongside a montage video of her son. The content creator did not share a cause of death.

"Baxter, from the moment you were born, you have always been our dream come true," Burnham continued. "You have the most perfect angelic face and the sweetest personality. You are always kind to everyone and always love holding a car in each hand or a bag of them with you everywhere go."

USA TODAY has reached out to Burnham for additional comment.

Burnham shared Baxter with husband Bryce Burnham. The couple has another son, 1-year-old Barron.

The influencer frequently shares photos and videos of quality time with her family. In March, Burnham posted a playful video of herself walking through a park area with Baxter and Barron. In the clip, Baxter is seen excitedly exploring the grassy terrain.

"Being a boy mom means going on walks to collect sticks everywhere you go," Burnham wrote at the time.

A few months earlier, Burnham paid tribute to Baxter with a heartfelt post for his fourth birthday.

"Happy 4th birthday to the boy that made me a mama!" Burnham wrote in the Jan. 25 post. "Baxter, your love of cars, trucks and chocolate chip cookies is just the very best. I love you so much and can't wait to see what this next year has in store for you."

Jennifer Burnham, left, and Bryce Burnham attend the world premiere of James O'Keefe's debut film "Line in The Sand" at Regal Edwards Big Newport & RPX in Newport Beach, California, on Oct. 8, 2024.

Burnham reminisced on her son's kindhearted demeanor in her latest post on Monday.

"You love your family, cars, chocolate chip cookies, karate and all of your friends," Burnham wrote. "You pick mommy flowers every day on our walks. We miss you too much, but we know you are still with us every day, watching over mommy, daddy and your baby brother Barron from heaven. We love you always and forever."
