Dolly Parton's first Tennessean Travel Stop is set to open this week.
The one-of-a-kind travel center will open June 24 in Cornersville, about 60 miles south of Nashville off Interstate 65 at Exit 22.
Like most travel centers, the space will offer food and beverage options, merchandise, and coffee. It will also cater to truckers with fuel stations, parking and a lounge.
According to a news release, the stops were created as a welcoming destination for all who travel the road, from professional drivers to families and everyday road-trippers.
"When I think about the daily life of a typical over-the-road truck driver, I have a real soft spot in my heart for them," said Gregory H. Sachs, partner of Dolly's Tennessean Travel Stop in a statement to The Tennessean. "They’re good people, often with families, who spend long stretches of time away."
"They deserve to stop somewhere they feel respected, treated special, and surrounded by the comforts of home."

When will Dolly Parton's Tennessean Travel Stop open?
The Tennessean Travel Stop will celebrate its grand opening June 24, though festivities will continue through July 3.
Doors will open at 2:30 p.m. on June 24. Guests will be able to try everything the travel stop has to offer while enjoying live music, food samples and giveaways. Festivities will continue all week, leading to grand opening finale at 5 p.m. on July 3.
Guests can also enjoy live music, cornhole, bounce activities, and fireworks on July 3. People can RSVP for the grand opening online.
Will Dolly Parton be present at the Tennessean Travel Stop grand opening?
Parton will not be present for grand opening events, a news release stated.
What will Dolly Parton's Tennessean Travel Stop look like, offer?
The travel stops are expected to feature modern amenities, curated dining and regional retail offerings. The logo incorporates Parton's silhouette with a nod to traditional truck mud flap designs.
The Cornersville location will serve as the brand’s flagship location, the Knoxville News Sentinel previously reported.
