Crowd boos, cheers Taylor Swift's message at Alan Jackson's final show in Nashville
As Taylor Swift appeared on the screen at Nissan Stadium during Alan Jackson's farewell concert in Nashville, the singer-songwriter was met with boos and cheers during her special video message.
On June 27, country music stars gathered to honor the "Chattahoochee" singer during his farewell show in Nashville. Many singers delivered tribute performances, including Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Luke Combs, Riley Green, Cody Johnson, Miranda Lambert, Little Big Town, Jake Owen, Jon Pardi, Thomas Rhett, George Strait, Carrie Underwood, Lainey Wilson, and Lee Ann Womack.
Throughout the night, sentimental videos from different chapters of Jackson's career played on the screens by the stage, along with messages from stars not in attendance like country singers Keith Urban, Zac Brown and Kenny Chesney as well as NASCAR drivers Jeff Gordon and Dale Earnhardt Jr.
Right before Jackson took the stage, Grand Ole Opry announcer Kelly Sutton mentioned, "We have one more video."
As Swift's face flashed on the screen, boos drowned out the beginning of her message. While some cheered in the audience, all that could be heard from one of the suites over the stadium was the ending of the message: "I appreciate you so much for the ways that you have just treated me and the other artists and writers with such support and encouragement over the years. And I am so excited for your show."

'Love Story' performance
Swift's appearance came just days after she was in Nashville supporting fiancé Travis Kelce during Tight End University, the annual summit for NFL tight ends co-founded by Kelce, George Kittle and Greg Olsen.
The Grammy winner attended a happy hour event and "Tight Ends & Friends" concert, where she surprised the crowd with a duet of "Love Story" with Lainey Wilson.
In recent weeks, Swift and Kelce have also remained in the spotlight as speculation has intensified surrounding their wedding plans. Reports have suggested the couple is preparing for a ceremony next week. However, neither has publicly confirmed a date or location.
