LOS ANGELES – Julie Andrews won her third Emmy Award on Saturday, Sept. 6, highlighting the first night of the Creative Arts Emmy Awards while "The Studio" topped the trophy count.

The 89-year-old British actress took home the Outstanding Character Voice-Over Performance for her role as Lady Whistledown in the "Into the Night" episode of Netflix's "Bridgerton." Her previous wins came in 1973 for "The Julie Andrews Hour” and in 2005 for "Broadway: The American Musical."

"The Studio," Apple TV's send-up of the entertainment industry, took home nine awards on the night, while HBO's "The Penguin" followed with eight wins.

"This is the real Emmys. This is the Emmys for the people who make all the magic happen," ceremony host Maya Rudolph said at the top of the show, according to Deadline.

Gabe Hilfer, winner of the Outstanding Music Supervision Award for "The Studio", attends the 2025 Creative Arts Emmy Awards at Peacock Theater on September 06, 2025 in Los Angeles, California.

Night two will see 49 more awards handed out at the Peacock Theater at LA Live, including: Best Reality Host, Best Game Show and Best Documentary or Nonfiction Special.
