Season 2 of "Duck Dynasty: The Revival" premieres on Saturday, March 7. The reboot series centers around Willie Robertson and his wife Korie managing the Louisiana family's outdoor apparel company Duck Commander. Season 1 debuted in summer 2025, picking up where the original "Duck Dynasty" left off – concluding in 2017 after an 11-season run.
Over 10 episodes, Season 2 follows Willie and Korie support their children – John Luke, Sadie, Will, Bella, Rebecca and Rowdy – through "marriage, parenthood and new business ventures as they work to preserve the family legacy," according to an A&E news release. The season begins with a tribute to the late Phil Robertson, who died in May 2025 following an Alzheimer's diagnosis.
The patriarch of the family, Phil sparked controversy in 2013 after remarks he made in a GQ magazine interview that some considered anti-LGBTQIA. A&E responded by putting Phil on "indefinite hiatus." Though he was briefly off the show, the suspension didn't last long.
Willie also sparked backlash from critics when he spoke at the 2016 Republican National Convention in support of President Donald Trump during his first presidential campaign.
