'Survivor 50' recap. Which 5 players reached the finale?
Warning: The following contains major spoilers for Season 50, Episode 12 of "Survivor."
With nowhere left to hide on "Survivor 50," the remaining seven players gave their last-ditch efforts to earn a spot in the final five.
In the penultimate May 13 episode of the reality competition series, loyalty was placed aside as players considered the critical question: Who can I sit next to in the final three chairs and beat?
With a $2 million prize at stake and only one hidden immunity idol remaining, no player was safe in the next two votes — immunity was the only thing keeping anyone in the game.

Find out which five players have made it to the historic season finale, where the winner will be crowned live in Los Angeles on May 20. It's the first time the winner will be revealed live in the United States since the Season 39 finale in Los Angeles in 2019.
Who was voted out in seventh place?
Television newscaster Rick Devens joined the jury after weeks of causing chaos at camp and risking his game during the Mr. Beast twist, which doubled the prize pot.
Unfortunately for Rick, the idol-hunting king could not find an advantage to save his life. And after Joe Hunter won the first immunity challenge, a puzzle and balancing competition, he had previously won in Season 48, Rick had slowly begun to accept his fate.
Despite Tiffany Ervin wanting to blindside Rizo Velovic and flush out his idol, the group remained in lockstep on snuffing Rick's torch. And so, he played his shot-in-the-dark advantage, but unfortunately did not pick the lucky scroll that would grant him safety.
"This just in to the 'Survivor' newsroom, I'm Rick Devens, the shot in the dark is not enough, and my torch is snuffed," he said in his exit interview. "I don't know which of the final six is taking it, but one of them better be taking me out to a very nice dinner to celebrate."
The broadcast journalist previously competed on Season 38 of "Edge of Extinction," where he was voted out early, returned to the game, and reached the final four before losing a fire-making challenge to winner Chris Underwood.
Who was voted out in sixth place?
Deep down, every player knew they had no chance at beating Cirie Fields in the end. And so the beloved and legendary player was eliminated in a 4-2 vote.
The vote involved her and Aubry Bracco, who, in her voting confessional, called Cirie a better player than both two-time winners Sandra Diaz-Twine and Tony Vlachos.
The New Jersey nurse winner knew her time was up after the tribe's initial target, Tiffany, won immunity, and after Rizo threatened to play his idol.
"Season 50 was just everything I hoped for. I started this 20 years ago on a humbug, a wing in the prayer, and had zero expectations, and here I sit 20 years later, I can leave here with my heart filled and my head held high," she said in her exit interview.
Cirie's latest run marked her fifth appearance on the U.S. version of Survivor. She previously finished fourth (Season 12), third (Season 16), 17th (Season 20), and sixth (Season 34). She also placed fourth on the Australian franchise’s themed season, "Australia vs. The World," and is widely regarded by fans as one of the best players to never win.
Outside of "Survivor," she also competed on "Big Brother" Season 25, "Snake in the Grass," and was the sole winner of the first "Traitors" season.
