Who coupled up during the 'Love Island USA' premiere? Take a look
Season 8 of "Love Island USA" kicked off with a nearly two-hour premiere, and things are already sizzling.
Peacock's popular dating series debuted June 2, and viewers watched as the 10 starting islanders entered the Fijian villa.
The singles made their introductions, explored their summer abode, shared kisses, and coupled up for the first time this season.
So who paired together during the initial coupling ceremony? And did they remain a couple by the end of the episode?

Who coupled up during the 'Love Island USA' premiere?

- Aniya and KC
- Melanie and Sincere
- Kenzie and Zach
- Trinity and Bryce
- Beatriz and Sean
Which islanders decided to explore other options?
At the end of the episode, host Ariana Madix gave the islanders the choice to stay in their current couples or walk away to explore a new connection. The contestants stood behind colorful doors so they couldn't see one another.
The boys were on one side, the girls on the other, with red and green dots in front of them.
If they stepped on the green dot, they chose to stay with their partner. But if they stepped on the red dot? They want to split up. So what did each person decide?:
- Beatriz: Red dot | Sean: Green dot
- Kenzie: Green dot | Zach: Red dot
- Trinity: Red dot | Bryce: Red dot
- Aniya: Green dot | KC: Green dot
- Melanie: Green dot | Sincere: Green dot
To add a twist, two bombshells, Gabriel and Kayda, entered the villa. Gabriel kissed the girls who stepped on the red dot (Beatriz, Trinity) while Kayda kissed the boys who did the same (Zach, Bryce).
The new bombshells took away Beatriz, Trinity, Zach and Bryce.
