BJ's Wholesale Club set to open 8 new stores in 2026. See where.

BJ’s Wholesale Club is gearing up for the new year, and they plan to open eight locations across several states in 2026.

In addition, the membership warehouse retailer is closing out 2025 with 12 new locations, including a final location opening this week.

The newest location is opening on Wednesday, Dec. 17, in Casselberry, Florida, BJ’s Head of Corporate Communications Kirk Saville confirmed to USA TODAY.

The opening comes after BJ’s welcomed stores to its fleet in eight other states this year, including Georgia, Kentucky, New Jersey, Massachusetts, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

Where are new BJ’s Wholesale Clubs locations coming in 2026?

Saville, BJ’s Head of Corporate Communications, said the company hasn’t released opening dates or addresses for 2026, but eight locations have already been selected. 

BJ’s locations opening in 2026 include:

• Alabama – Foley
• Florida – Delray Beach
• North Carolina – Selma
• Tennessee – Chattanooga
• Texas – Forney, Grand Prairie, Mesquite, and SW. Fort Worth

BJ's Wholesale Club locations opened this year

BJ’s currently has 257 clubs and 194 BJ's Gas locations in 21 states, the company said in a news release on Dec. 2.

Since January of this year, BJ’s has mostly opened locations in Tennessee, Florida, and South Carolina. The most recent opening in Casselberry opened its gas station on Dec. 3. The store officially opens on Dec. 17. The opening marks the company's 42nd club in Florida, BJ’s said in the press release.
