Tune-in:  Will, TNT's story of young William Shakespeare, premieres Monday. The two-episode premiere airs at  9 p.m. (ET/PT) and takes viewers back to Elizabethan England and a time when the now-famous playwright was new to theater scene.

DVD/BLU-RAY

View: The Lost City of Z, starring Charlie Hunnam, Sienna Miller  and Robert Pattinson, is out on Tuesday. The film tells the story of Percy Fawcett (Hunnam), an English explorer who made multiple trips into the Amazon in the early 1900s in search of an unknown civilization, only to vanish in the 1920s.

Watch: Friends From College premieres on Netflix Friday. The eight-part series focuses on a group of friends from Harvard who are now facing their 40s. The show stars Keegan-Michael Key, Cobie Smulders, Annie Parisse, Nat Faxon, Fred Savage, Billy Eichner and Jae Suh Park.

MUSIC

Attend: Wednesday is the first U.S. date of Kendrick Lamar’s The Damn tour. Kicking off in Glendale, Arizona, the singer will hit more than 30 cities, including Dallas, Boston, Denver, Los Angeles and Chicago before concluding in Miami on Sept. 2.

FILM                               

Go-to: War for the Planet of the Apes opens nationwide Friday. In the film, ape leader Caesar (played through motion-capture by Andy Serkis) and his comrades fight against a ruthless human foe, the Colonel (Woody Harrelson), "whose mission to save mankind rests on the extinction of Caesar’s people." USA TODAY’s Brian Truitt gave the film ***½ out of four stars.
