Haley Joel Osment: All grown up and playing a...Nazi?

He was Forrest Junior in Forrest Gump.
He saw dead people in The Sixth Sense.
And then, when we weren't looking, Haley Joel Osment grew up! Now the actor is 26, and taking on the chilling role of playing a Nazi sympathizer in the upcoming movie Yoga Hosers, which is the sequel to Tusk (Kevin's Smith's new movie, which is out Friday). After being spotted in Los Angeles wearing Nazi garb (see photos here), questions started flying. "It's not a popular look, the armband and everything. There's a reason for wearing it," he tells Access Hollywood.
I play a real person — a comic version of a real person — named Adrien Arcand, who was the Canadian fuhrer in the '30s, and who thought that he could bring about the Third Reich in Canada too. They plotted out land in Manitoba for Hitler to come and have a base there and everything. [He was] this total nutcase."
Smith helpfully threw in some background info for Osment's fans:
Osment continued:
"My voice is kind of messed up now [because] all last week I was standing on a crate in downtown Los Angeles, screaming Nazi things," Osment added. "What's kinda funny now though, is, I think back in the day, if someone took a photo of you walking around dressed like a Nazi, the context wouldn't be immediately clear. Luckily, everybody on Twitter was like, 'Oh, okay, it's a Kevin Smith movie. You're good.'"
Speaking of all grown up, he's also making an appearance in the upcoming Entourage movie and promises "it's a movie that's gonna be the perfect thing that everybody who loved the show wanted."
