Lena Dunham, please be our life coach ASAP

As part of promotion of her upcoming book Not That Kind of Girl, Lena Dunham solicited questions and answered them online.

Here she is, talking to a plus-sized woman on finding her confidence.
"I know how you feel. I went through all of college dressing like a lunatic," she says in the video.

"For me confidence comes from feeling happy with my habits. Feeling I can be proud of my life."
When Dunham was at her heaviest, running around in a romper in Brooklyn, she said it was "raining men." So for her, feeling good doesn't mean losing weight but treating yourself like "precious cargo."
