Rita Ora, Busy Philipps and more of the most outrageously-dressed stars at the People's Choice Awards

Some stars impressed us with their style choices at the People's Choice Awards Sunday – and others, not so much.

Here are the stars we think missed the fashion mark during this year's award show:

Rita Ora

The "Girls" singer's periwinkle gown with gold embellishments may have worked without the equally embellished, matching thigh-high boots.

Busy Philipps

The "Busy Tonight" host just about disappeared in this overwhelming black Christian Siriano ensemble. 

Tyga

The rapper's head-to-toe leather ensemble wasn't the sleekest look – and quite honestly, looked sweat-inducing in the California heat – even on the air-conditioned red carpet. 

Christina Hendricks

The "Mad Men" star's green jumpsuit covered in patches looked more like a costume than an award show look.

Nikki Bella

The "Total Divas" star's red dress would've been a knock-out look without the strange black rope detail hanging down the front of the dress.

Retta

We didn't love the actress and comedian's look, which was a bit overwhelming to the eye with a bright, floor-length floral skirt and a high-necked collar.
