Rolling Stones to host Twitter Q&A
The Rolling Stones plan to host their first Twitter Q&A Monday, just a few days before embarking on their North American Zip Code Tour.
The group announced the event Thursday morning, putting out the call for questions and saying they'd answer Monday, starting at 1 p.m. ET.
The band plans to respond personally to selected questions with text replies and native Twitter videos, using the official @RollingStones feed, as well as those of frontman Mick Jagger (@MickJagger), guitarist Keith Richards (@OfficialKeef) and guitarist Ronnie Wood (@RonnieWood).
The band begins a 15-date North American tour Sunday, May 24, at San Diego's Petco Park. June 9 will see the release of a deluxe reissue of the group's 1971 Sticky Fingers album, which will include an alternate take on Brown Sugar that features Eric Clapton on guitar; an acoustic version of Wild Horses and a live 13-song set from a 1971 performance in Leeds, England.
