Last chance to claim cash from the European Wax Center settlement
Were you a European Wax Center customer? You could be owed some cash, but you'll need to act fast.
The nationwide hair removal salon chain has agreed to a multimillion-dollar settlement to resolve a class-action lawsuit that alleges the company used tracking technologies to collect consumers' information.
According to the settlement website, the company allegedly collected users' data via “pixels, cookies, code, and/or tracking or analytics tools” online and then shared that information with third parties without consumers' consent.
Customers who visited www.WaxCenter.com, including those who booked an appointment online between June 30, 2023, and April 2, 2026, are eligible to file a settlement claim.

European Wax Center is now set to fund about $5 million in settlement payments, but, according to the settlement website, the company says it didn't break the law. Instead, European Wax Center says it agreed to the settlement to avoid costs and operational disruptions that a lawsuit could bring.
Time is running out if you want to file a claim. Here is what you need to know.

How can I claim a part of the European Wax Center settlement?
All European Wax Center settlement forms must be submitted either online or by mail by Tuesday, June 30, 2026, according to the settlement website.
All customers who submit a valid, timely claim form may receive up to $10 from the settlement. The final cash payout could decrease depending on the total number of valid claims filed, the settlement website states.
Payments will then begin to be distributed to customers once the court determines whether to grant final approval to the settlement. That hearing is scheduled for July 15.
Eligible customers can either submit a claim, exclude themselves from the lawsuit or object to the settlement by June 30. They may also attend the final approval hearing on July 15 to voice their opinion about the settlement or do nothing.
