LinkedIn ranks best companies for career growth in Chicago

To help job seekers looking for the next big step, professional networking site LinkedIn ranked the top companies nationally and in Chicago for career growth, based data from its platform.

Limiting the eligible companies to those with 100 or more full-time employees, LinkedIn found the best places to build a career, based on markers like the share of employees picking up new skills and how quickly they’re advancing within the company.

The top three Chicago companies are all headquartered locally, with one of Chicago's oldest financial institutions also making the list, according to the site.
