These cities spent the most on OnlyFans last year. Atlanta ranks first
Irene WrightFrom fitness routines, cooking how-tos, and adult-only content, OnlyFans has become a bustling online marketplace for digital content creation.
The streaming site was launched in 2016, but its popularity skyrocketed during the COVID-19 pandemic when more people were turning to streaming for both income and entertainment.
Now, billions of dollars are exchanged on the platform every year, and 2025 was no exception.
An estimated $2.63 billion was spent on OnlyFans' "digital intimacy market" last year, according to recent data from the company, averaging nationally to about $77,000 spent per 10,000 people.
Here's where spending was the highest.
Atlanta dominates spending by city
Out of the top 167 cities included in the OnlyFans data, the city of Atlanta blew the rest of the country out of the water in per capita spending.
Atlanta residents spent nearly $26.2 million in 2025, coming out to about $525,475 per 10,000 residents. This was nearly double the number of the second-largest city, Orlando, which spent just more than $14.3 million, or $466,430 per 10,000 residents.
Overall spending was higher in cities like Los Angeles ($71.3 million), Chicago ($47.6 million), and Houston ($31.9 million), but they had lower spending per 10,000 people because of their higher populations.
Here are the top ten metro areas for OnlyFans spending per 10,000 people:
- Atlanta, Georgia
- Orlando, Florida
- Salt Lake City, Utah
- Miami, Florida
- Minneapolis, Minnesota
- Cleveland, Ohio

OnlyFans noted "while California and Texas command the largest market shares, smaller territories often exhibit significantly higher engagement density," leading to their higher spending rankings.
