  • Relatives of the victims released a joint statement identifying the passengers and asking for privacy.
  • The private jet was traveling from Austin, Texas, to the Bahamas when it crashed.
  • The victims included a family of four, their nanny, and another couple.

A family of four, their nanny and a couple were among the nine people killed in the Learjet 60 plane crash near Greenacres on Nov. 1.

Their relatives issued a joint statement Monday identifying all passengers aboard the private plane as Adam Robinson, 45, his wife, Helen Sharp, 40, and their children, Emma, 2, and Charlie, 4; the children's nanny Anita Maria Cetina; and another couple, Rachael Reed and Charmi Fehr.

"We are deeply grateful to the first responders, investigators, and the Palm Beach County community for their care, and to everyone who has reached out with love," the families wrote in a post to Facebook. "Our hearts are also with the families of the pilots, who are grieving alongside us."

The statement described Robinson and Sharp as devoted parents to their two young children, the "light of their lives." Cetina cared for Emma and Charlie "with tenderness and devotion" and was part of the family herself.

Reed and Fehr, the statement said, shared a love of adventure and committed fully to each other and to the life they were building.

“We ask for privacy as we grieve,” the statement said. The families said they will share memorial service details once arrangements are made.

The Learjet 60 left Austin, Texas, at about 10:37 a.m. Nov. 1 and was bound for the Bahamas. Two crew members and seven passengers were aboard. The jet crashed at about 12:51 p.m. near Military Trail and Cresthaven Boulevard, killing all aboard and displacing hundreds of people from a nearby mobile home park.
