'Meet the Candidates': Watch Rep. André Carson talk about his reelection campaign

Just two years ago, Democratic voters resoundingly chose Rep. André Carson in the 7th Congressional District primary race, giving him an 85 percentage point win. But this year's election could be more challenging for the congressman.

Carson is facing George Hornedo, who has raised more than $200,000; Destiny Wells, a former statewide candidate; and Denise Paul Hatch, former Center Township constable. Hornedo and Wells in particular have regularly critiqued Carson on the campaign trail.

IndyStar sat down with Carson on our newly launched "Meet the Candidates" show to talk about what is arguably his most serious primary challenge in years, as well as his stance on issues that matter to voters.
