Trump mocks Pritzker's weight with AI-generated Truth Social post
The feud between President Donald Trump and Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker made headlines again over the weekend as the Commander-in-Chief lobbed an AI-generated attack on Truth Social.
Here's what happened.
What did Trump post on Truth Social?
In a Saturday Truth Social post, Trump shared an AI-generated photo of Illinois' Democratic governor eating from a table of food with the caption "JB is too busy to keep Chicago safe!"
The image shows Pritzker at a table with a double cheeseburger in one hand and a slice of pizza in the other. On the table in front of him is a buffet of other foods, including a "jumbo-sized" bucket of fried chicken, a large bowl of nachos, spaghetti and meatballs, a milkshake and a chili dog.
Did Pritzker respond?
Pritzker had not publicly responded to Trump's attack as of Tuesday morning.
Instead, the Illinois governor criticized the president's remodeling of the White House ballroom in an X post, demanding "the $1 billion for Trump's ballroom be immediately directed to tariff relief for working families and small businesses."
In a post Monday afternoon, Pritzker also condemned comments made by Trump about a possible "Election Integrity Group" during November midterm elections.
"Intimidation, full stop," the governor wrote.

What's the story between Trump and Pritzker's feud?
Trump has long been critical of Democratic cities and their leaders, including Pritzker.
The president has repeatedly painted Chicago as a "disaster" and a "killing field," saying on multiple occasions the city is "worse than Afghanistan."
The subject of immigration has also put the two figures at odds, with Pritzker voicing explicit disapproval of the president's deployment of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers in the Chicago area.
As recently as last month, Pritzker called for Trump's removal from office, condemning the president's threat to wipe out "a whole civilization" in Iran.
This is also not the first time the president has mocked the Illinois governor's weight. Last November, Trump called Pritzker a "big, fat slob" during the White House turkey pardoning ceremony.
