CATCH UP AROUND THE LEAGUE

— For now, Anthony Davis is a Los Angeles Laker. But that doesn't mean he wouldn't consider joining his hometown Chicago Bulls "if the opportunity ever presents itself."

— Steve Kerr said Davis' trade request was "bad for the league." Former NBA player Kendrick Perkins ... uh ... disagreed, taking shots at Kerr for having Kevin Durant join a 73-9 team while saying it was, in fact, Mark Jackson who built the Golden State Warriors' dynasty. "Hidden Agendas!!! SMH," he tweeted.

— Kawhi Leonard and Paul George were officially introduced as members of the LA Clippers. Steve Ballmer was understandably pumped. A heckling Lakers fan showed up. Leonard thanked Toronto restaurants for all that free food. George said he grew up a Clippers fan (and nobody on Twitter believed him).

— A poll of NBA coaches and execs found that the Clippers are runaway title favorites.

— Tim Duncan is headed back to San Antonio to join Gregg Popovich's bench as an assistant coach.

— Zion Williamson is the newest face of Jordan Brand. Here's how his infamous Nike shoe blowout worked in his favor five months later.

— The Lakers claimed Giannis Antetokounmpo's brother off of waivers. Tampering jokes followed.

— Charles Barkley played against a lot of NBA legends during his career. The best player of that bunch, in Barkley's opinion, isn't who you think it is.

— Ben Simmons is making jump shots! There's video!

— Add "moshing with Shaquille O'Neal" to the bucket list.

— James Harden — the newest part-owner of two Houston soccer clubs — is developing a new move that will "look like a travel."
