At Domino, Sinha has played a pivotal role in developing the Domino Cloud for the Life Sciences, a platform that would assist pharmaceutical and biotech companies in complying with the stringent GxP standards set by the FDA and EMA while also scaling up their AI-driven solutions. Leadership on that project brought high-impact contract wins and firmly established Domino as the leader for all things AI in life sciences. 

Sinha’s strategic interventions have substantially scaled up businesses, powering a formidable sales pipeline by assisting the company in landing enterprise-level engagements. With his vision for linking advanced technology with business needs, Sinha has opened up new verticals for Domino and established partnerships that will endure. One of his significant accomplishments was the development of BioRAG, an AI-driven retrieval-augmented generation platform for scientific research and innovation in data science applications. 

Beyond his technical achievements, Sinha plays a pivotal organizational role—mentoring cross-functional teams, strengthening collaboration across engineering, sales, and compliance, and embedding a culture of innovation. His ability to integrate advanced technologies while ensuring regulatory compliance has established important benchmarks within the organization and the industry.  

Before joining Domino, Sinha held a key leadership role at Slalom Consulting, where he served as Director - Technology Enablement & Hi-Tech Accounts. There, he led a team of over 25 engineers and played a key role in mission-critical projects, including the development of an AI-powered fraud detection platform that contributed to reducing fraudulent activity for a major U.S. bank. His work also included leading a cloud migration for a Fortune 100 healthcare firm and contributing to Slalom’s revenue growth across strategic accounts.   

Respected as both a technologist and a business strategist, Sinha frequently advises C-level executives on digital innovation and enterprise transformation. His influence extended to brand positioning, client retention, and the successful launch of new service offerings within the consulting ecosystem.
