As the total health benefit cost per employee is predicted to increase by 6.5% on average in 2026, a quiet transformation is taking place inside American workplaces. OACEUS, a preventive healthcare company, aims to drive this change.

Rather than waiting for illnesses to strike, OACEUS focuses on prevention, offering a comprehensive model that blends virtual medical access and financial benefits.

The story of OACEUS began with a personal experience. Sabrina Delliquadri, the co-founder and CEO, struggled with a health problem that frequently caused her to collapse unexpectedly. During the course of her recovery, Delliquadri identified an opportunity to make an impact in the healthcare system. "I wanted to build something that focuses on prevention," says Delliquadri. “My vision was to create a system that empowers people to take proactive steps for their health, providing tools and resources that help avoid issues before they become serious.” This led to the founding of OACEUS, a company that now helps numerous employees access early detection and medical guidance before conditions become chronic.

The business offers a preventive healthcare plan called 360 PHP. It includes primary care, urgent care, dermatology, physical therapy, counseling, metabolic testing, and even telehealth for pets, among other services. All services are virtual and available across the United States, offering employees access to care without disrupting work schedules.

“The goal is to reduce employee absenteeism and enhance risk management through preventive care,” says Delliquadri. “The program is funded by employers, so it doesn’t create any additional financial burden for employees. At the same time, employers can leverage this spending to access eligible financial benefits. This approach allows employees to benefit from the program without worrying about personal expenses, while promoting a healthier, more productive workforce.”

Technology is another pillar of OACEUS's success, serving as the backbone that connects every aspect of its health ecosystem. Through its advanced digital platform, OACEUS seamlessly integrates telemedicine, wellness management, and even pet healthcare into one easy-to-navigate interface. Beneficiaries can describe their medical condition through multiple input options and quickly book a consultation with a healthcare professional via phone call or video conference.

Beyond direct medical access, the platform goes further by incorporating a program designed to promote healthy lifestyle changes through personalized guidance and support. Delliquadri believes that this technology-driven approach will empower individuals to take charge of their well-being with confidence and convenience.

One of OACEUS's most innovative tools is its upcoming facial scan technology, which is designed to detect early signs of physiological imbalance. Using advanced AI, the system has the potential to analyze micro-changes in facial features that may indicate stress on the parasympathetic nervous system. “By understanding what the body expresses in real time, we can intervene earlier and personalize care,” says Delliquadri.

Meanwhile, its upcoming AI-powered functional medical assistant aims to enhance health risk assessments with an interactive, conversational experience. Beneficiaries can discuss symptoms, receive real-time insights, and connect to appropriate specialists. Recognizing the link between mental and physical health, this holistic approach allows users to explore how stress, diet, and emotional well-being can affect overall health outcomes.

By focusing on prevention, education, and access, OACEUS aims to challenge the very structure of how health benefits are designed and delivered. The company envisions a system where well-being is not a perk or afterthought, but a fundamental component of organizational success. Its services extend beyond traditional benefits administration, positioning it as a creator of a healthier, more resilient workforce.
