Kelleher Davis Contracting’s Mission to Build Better Communities for HOAs Through Precision and Expertise

A strong partnership often begins with a shared purpose. That’s what brought Paul Kelleher and Robert Davis together to build Kelleher Davis Contracting LLC. Once competitors in Las Vegas’ construction scene, the duo collaborated to become one of Nevada’s most reliable general contractors. Established in 2019, the company grew from its belief that great work begins with the people it serves.
Kelleher Davis Contracting was designed around the needs of homeowner associations (HOAs). “Our business model has always been HOA-centric,” says Davis, Managing Partner. “We built it to be about our customer rather than a specific trade. And that approach has allowed us to focus on the construction needs of HOAs.” Today, while the company performs a variety of its work in the HOA sector, the remainder is spread across commercial, medical, and light industrial projects.

That flexibility comes from its extensive experience in the industry. The firm holds a full Class B general contracting license with an unlimited monetary bid limit, as well as multiple specialty licenses, including painting, roofing, masonry, concrete, and steel, among others. This broad base allows them to serve as a true one-stop shop for its clients, whether that means repainting a high-rise, repairing a clubhouse roof, or reconstructing after defect litigation.
The company’s reach extends well beyond technical capability under the leadership of Kelleher, Managing Partner, who brings more than 20 years of experience in the HOA industry, with relationships and trust built across the community management sector. Davis, by contrast, came from hospitality and large-scale construction. His work included major casino developments. Together, their backgrounds helped to form a combination of regional insight and know-how, large-project expertise, and the ability to service high-rise HOA buildings. “Those skill sets coalesced into something much bigger than either of us could have done alone,” Kelleher says.

At the crux of Kelleher Davis Contracting’s company identity is a set of values that define every project: professional presentation, a proactive mindset, and dedication to high-quality work. “Our customers sometimes may not know construction, but they recognize professionalism,” he says. “They see safety, tidiness, and the care our crews bring to each site.”
That care extends to how the company defines success. “If a customer is not happy, we are not done,” Kelleher states. “If we need to go above and beyond, we will.” This dedication allows the firm to help ensure that every client relationship can become a long-term one.
Kelleher Davis Contracting’s portfolio spans various projects that reflect both scale and specialization, encompassing post-litigation reconstruction and defect repairs, exterior painting, roofing, athletic court and clubhouse remodels, and entry signage. These tasks, which Davis calls Capital Improvement Projects, often involve rebuilding communities after complex legal settlements, a responsibility the company approaches with precision and empathy. “We understand the importance of restoring trust as much as restoring the structure,” Davis says.
Owing to the reputation they’ve built over the years, Davis notes that growth has followed naturally. “Since its founding, Kelleher Davis Contracting has maintained significant growth,” he says. In 2024, the company expanded its operations across northern Nevada. The company is currently moving into southern Utah, where Kelleher Davis has recently acquired licensing.
The company’s vision, according to Kelleher, is both ambitious and enduring. “We aim to be one of the leading general contractors in this market while maintaining steady growth,” he says. “But more than that, we want to leave a legacy of quality and integrity in every community we touch.”
And the company’s initiatives, beyond construction, can attest to that. It regularly contributes to local causes and philanthropic efforts, reinforcing its belief that building stronger communities means investing in people, not just projects.
With a foundation built on trust, expertise, and the relentless pursuit of client satisfaction, the company continues to prove that great construction begins and endures with great relationships. “In this business, we’re only as good as our last job,” he says. “So we pull out all the stops for every project to ensure that we leave an impression that will last.”
