The collaboration is a strategic milestone that combines international hospitality standards with destination-led urban growth, reinforcing investor confidence, long-term economic development, and Ras Al Khaimah’s transformation into a live-work-play ecosystem anchored by RAK Central.

Radisson Blu Hotel, RAK Central will feature 361 keys within a newly built property positioned above curated retail and cinema offerings. The goal is to deliver a vibrant, day-to-night address that has strong destination pull and a bevy of offerings for guests of all ages. Designed for both business and leisure travelers, the hotel will feature five food and beverage venues, a rooftop terrace and pool bar, meeting and event spaces, a spa and gym, a Business Class lounge, and a kids’ club.

Next to the hotel, Radisson Blu Residences, RAK Central, will include 222 residential spaces. Here, residents will enjoy many of the same hotel-delivered services. The purpose of this overlap is to craft a seamless, internationally consistent experience. On top of all of this, the two new projects’ synchrony aims to ultimately benefit residents and guests with operational efficiencies and food-and-beverage synergies across the wider development.
