Budweiser Super Bowl commercial stars iconic Clydesdale and bald eagle celebrating America

Budweiser is upping the ante with its Super Bowl commercial in 2026, pairing a bald eagle with an iconic Clydesdale horse to celebrate America's 250th birthday.
"That's what we wanted to bring to life with this, this idea of celebrating two icons, the Budweiser Clydesdale, the American Bald Eagle at the same moment," Anheuser-Busch's chief commercial officer Kyle Norrington told USA TODAY and said "Free Bird" was the only song ever considered for the ad.
Budweiser won USA TODAY Ad Meter last year with a Clydesdale-forward spot, the brand's first Ad Meter title in 10 years and ninth in history, more than any other company.
