There have been two teams — Oklahoma and Florida — in the last two decades to repeat as Women's College World Series national champions.

It's something that Teagan Kavan, Katie Stewart, Reese Atwood and Texas have their eyes set on for the 2026 NCAA Softball Tournament.

To position themselves for that piece of history, the second-seeded Longhorns must earn win No. 1 of the Austin Regional on Friday, May 15 at 4 p.m. ET against Wagner at Red & Charline McCombs Field in Austin, Texas.

Wagner captured its first-ever NEC Tournament title with three wins in three days, including two against Central Connecticut State University.
