There are all sorts of strange things happening in Week 9 that fantasy owners need to take into consideration. First of all, Daylight Saving Time will give fantasy owners an extra hour to decide which players to activate. In addition, quarterback Ben Roethlisberger if the Pittsburgh Steelers will be a game-time decision in an early game against the Ravens. And the Denver Broncos defense will look to slow down last week's juggernaut, the Oakland Raiders.
