Felix Rosenqvist has won the 110th running of the Indy 500, pulling ahead of David Malukas at the absolute last second of the final lap to win by just .023 seconds, the closest margin in Indy 500 history.

The victory marks Armstrong's first of 2026 on the IndyCar Series. In fact, it's Rosenqvist's first win on the IndyCar Series since the second race of the Rev Group Grand Prix at Road America in July 2020.

While it looked like it would be a two-horse race with both Rosenqvist and Pato O'Ward holding more than two seconds in hand on the rest of the field, a crash from rookie Caio Collet with just eight laps to go caused a red flag, instantly bringing the field closer together.

That wasn't the end of it, either. Rosenqvist would get passed by both Malukas and Marcus Armstrong with just three laps to go before a yellow flag came out and gave Rosenqvist another chance to pull ahead. Rosenqvist took advantage, drafting off Malukas on the final straightaway to pull ahead at the very last second.

It was an epic finish to an outstanding race. Here's how Rosenqvist and his team celebrated.
