NBA general managers say Spurs will in it all again

The NBA released the results of its annual survey of general managers Wednesday and by a pretty wide margin they pick the San Antonio Spurs to win the championship again this season.

More than 46 percent of the GMs take the Spurs, with 15 percent picking the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Maybe an indication into why they like the Spurs so much is that Gregg Popovich is either first or second in all five questions related to head coach -- the best overall, best motivator, best at adjustments, best offense and best defense.

As they did in USA TODAY Sports survey, the GMs say they'd pick LeBron James first if they were starting a team now.

They tied between Kevin Durant and Anthony Davis as the second player they'd pick, In the USAT survey, Durant was second and Davis was third.
