When is the 2026 NFL combine? Start date, location for pre-draft event

The Super Bowl just wrapped up but the NFL is already approaching its first major event of the 2026 offseason: the annual NFL scouting combine at the end of the month.

NFL draft prospects will have the chance to go through interviews, medical evaluations, meet with team personnel and participate in on-field drills. The NFL invited 319 prospects to the pre-draft event in 2026, which is scheduled to take place at Lucas Oil Stadium, home of the Indianapolis Colts.

The NFL combine is an annual event attended by hundreds of NFL draft prospects. But when is the NFL combine this year?

When does the 2026 NFL combine start?

The 2026 NFL combine officially runs from Thursday, Feb. 26 to Sunday, March 1. However, a couple of days before that will also include media availability sessions from some players, as well as certain head coaches and general managers.

Athletes from various units will be available to the media daily from Wednesday, Feb. 25, to Saturday, Feb. 28.
