2026 South Korea World Cup roster: Complete 26-man team

South Korea will be making its 11th consecutive World Cup appearance this summer, drawn into Group A with co-host Mexico, South Africa and Czechia.

South Korea manager Hong Myung-bo's 26-man squad for the 2026 World Cup will be captained by Son Heung-ming, the country's all-time leader in appearances who currently plays for LAFC in Major League Soccer. Other big names on the roster include PSG midfielder Lee Kang-in and Bayern Munich defender Kim Min-Jae.

Born to a German father and Korean mother, Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Jens Castrop becomes the first player with dual heritage on a South Korea World Cup roster.

The team advanced out of the group stage in 2022 and its best-ever finish was fourth place in 2002 as the tournament's co-host with Japan.
