2026 Paraguay World Cup roster: Complete 26-man team
Jon ArnoldGustavo Alfaro has worked miracles with Paraguay. The Argentine manager turned up midway through qualification and engineered a successful return to the World Cup, the first time since 2010 the South American nation has clinched a place.
Now, Alfaro will hope to again work his magic, sticking with a disciplined style of play that relies on top defenders and hopes attackers like Miguel Almiron, Diego Gomez or Julio Enciso can do enough to score.
It won't be easy, with Paraguay opening against the host U.S., but Alfaro has done the unthinkable before for Paraguay. Now, he has his group he hopes to do it with once again.
Here are the 26 players Paraguay will bring to the 2026 World Cup.
