Tech titan Apple finds itself back in court, this time over the iPod. Let's take a look at the technology stocks to watch Tuesday:

Apple. The company heads to court this month over a class-action lawsuit involving older iPods. The New York Times reports a potential key witness in the case could be co-founder Steve Jobs, who died in 2011. Jobs' emails are expected to play a big role in the case. Apple could face $350 million in damages.

Priceline Group. Shares of the travel company are down 1.6% in pre-market trading after FBR downgraded its stock due to predictions of slower growth, reports CNBC. Priceline's stock price has dipped more than $200 since March.

Microsoft. The tech titan announced it has acquired email app Acompli for a reported $200 million. The Acompli app will continue to run and update as normal, said CEO Javier Soltero in a statement.

Yahoo. Mozilla launched an updated version of its Firefox Internet browser that defaults to Yahoo instead of Google for search. According to Engadget, the shift applies to the desktop version of Firefox.

AOL. The media company is purchasing video syndication service Vidible for $50 million, reports Re/code. Vidible says it generates more than 2 billion video views a month.
