It can feel risky traveling somewhere new. Will it live up to your expectations? Will it be worth it?

Booking.com has come up with a short list of solid choices as part of its 14th annual Traveler Review Awards.

The online travel agency combed more than 370 million verified customer reviews for destinations that "consistently deliver outstanding hospitality and service."

Attendees walk through the 45th Oktoberfest festival in Fredericksburg, Texas on Oct. 04, 2025. The town was founded by German settlers and continues to honor its roots.

One standout is Fredericksburg, Texas, which Booking.com described as blending "small-town hospitality with a rich cultural heritage," outdoor adventures, farm-to-table dining and other charms in Texas Hill Country.

It was the only destination named among both the "Best Cities for Traveler Hospitality" in America and the world.
