Lola Young ready to headline NYC festival a year after onstage collapse
Rising star Lola Young is ready to make a major comeback.
Young is slated to perform at the 2026 All Things Go Music Festival in New York in late September. It comes a year after the "Messy" songstress collapsed onstage during the event.
Videos circulating online at the time showed the now 25-year-old falling backward. Her team rushed to help as the song "Conceited" cut off. She informed fans via social media that she was "doing okay," but canceled another performance for the next day.
Now, the British singer is set to put on a show as a headliner.
"All Things Go, we have unfinished business," Young said in a news release. "I feel blessed and ready to take it to the next level. Thank you for having me back."

Young has previously spoken about being in recovery

Young has been candid about her health and substance abuse battles.
Earlier this year, in an interview with The Sunday Times, Young spoke about being in recovery, stating that it's "an ongoing process."
"I'm not the finished article, but I'm doing a hell of a lot better," she said. When asked to clarify her rehabilitation, Young said she has been undergoing "drugs recovery."
"When you're in recovery… that doesn't necessarily need to mean drugs," Young added. "But me specifically, yes."
